Post 57: Sticky Notes (Part 7)

To feel better, I’ve been putting some of my old Sticky Notes into practice.

Lately, I’ve been feeling much better because I’ve been putting some of my previous Sticky Notes into practice.

Do the things you need to do first, then do the things you want to do later.

(From Sticky Notes [Part 2].)

I’ve eaten a lot recently because of the heaviness, and as I mentioned before, “It’s okay to indulge.” But I don’t want to gain more weight again, and I have a secret goal that I’d like to accomplish by the end of the year. One of the things I’ve been doing to achieve that is to avoid overspending, especially on food. That way, I save more money and control my appetite, too.

Have some quiet time every once in a while.

(From Sticky Notes [Part 4].)

I love listening to my favorite music while I’m working or writing. But sometimes, not listening to music at all calms me, and that’s a kind of quiet I really need.

Don’t do everything all at once. You can’t.

(From Sticky Notes [Part 1].)

I’ve been taking it easy when it comes to juggling things from work and my personal projects. After finishing everything urgent at work, that’s when I focus on those projects. But when life happens, it’s more important to focus on that than my projects. I really need to take it easy on myself.

And that’s a few reasons I’m feeling better. I know it can still be better than better, but at least I don’t feel as heavy as before. Here’s to better-than-better days.
