Have some quiet time every once in a while.

When you got overstimulated at home that one time, you went out, and you didn’t bother opening your Spotify or even writing in your journal. You just enjoyed the quiet for a few hours while walking. Comforting, right? Maybe you should do that more often.

Speaking of walking…


Go for a run.

You haven’t exercised that much, and honestly, as much as walking is a simple yet great form of exercise, it’s not enough. If you want to be healthier, you need to push yourself a bit harder. Maybe running is the next great step. Go for a run soon.


Check out music that is not on your playlists.

Having your usual playlists you can always go back to is great, but there are so many other wonderful songs out there, new or old. Time to look for those.
