Since I started a series for My Recent Emojis, I should do that with Sticky Notes.
Do 25 minutes of work, then take a five-minute break.
The Pomodoro technique works, especially for today’s tasks. Also, you feel a bit weak, and you’ve been coughing. Please don’t forget this technique, so you will not feel overwhelmed.
Progress, not perfection.
You’re human; you’re not perfect. All you can do is be better than who you were yesterday.
I mean, you did that today, when you remembered the Pomodoro technique, and you were able to finish your tasks because of that. That’s progress.
Do the things you need to do first, then do the things you want to do later.
For example, drinking warm water and hot tea helps ease the coughing. Don’t drink cold beverages just yet. You’ll enjoy them again once you feel much better. Your favorite cold drinks can wait. Your health will not.
Write about three things. That’s it.
Yes, you wrote seven things on your first Sticky Notes post, but you don’t have to do that again. Also, you wrote only three things in your previous posts:
To quote your previous Sticky Note: progress, not perfection. Writing just about three things per entry is good enough.
Speaking of writing three things… I already wrote four Sticky Notes. Okay. That’s it, pansit.
